 - I was happy with their readiness to taken my previous leased car (also from Glassman Kia) which had had a collision and had not been fixed yet because of time constraints. Because the insurance was ready to cover the repair costs, KIA told me that they would fix it themselves, took in the car as it was (damaged) and allowed me to lease a new car.

- Exceptional !" My experience with Glassman-Kia, specifically Dominique Johnson was amazing as well as the entire team ! I'd spoken with Dom briefly and I was very clear on exactly what I wanted. This was on a Friday and on day..the next day.. I came in, signed documents and drove off the lot in my new SOUL ! This proved to me that this young man was true to his word and was backed by a team of diligent professionals. He was polite, not pushy whatsoever, which impressed me. He was very knowledgeable about my car of choice. He doesn't pull any punches, He is straight forward and to the point ! No stress-No Mess and I value that as a consumer and because time cannot be replaced, is not to be wasted. He responded to my emails right away, and they always included answers to any questions I had. We settled on some numbers and I was pleased to find that he stuck to those when I arrived at the dealership. While there, he had the paperwork ready for me and the vehicle was also. I was even informed of some small extras that the vehicle came with that we had not discussed prior, so that was a nice surprise. The process was very quick and easy. I could not ask for a better experience.

MUCH to my surprise, Sarah came to me in the customer waiting lounge, which by the way is very comfortable, and told me that it was an easy fix, my car was ready and lo and behold I did not owe anything. What a pleasant surprise. How wonderful was that? Very wonderful indeed! Thanks so much to Kia and to Sarah.

- Always a great experience" Since I have had my Kia, Glassman has been my go to dealership, they are always accommodating and professional. Just recently I called to get an oil change and they were able to let me walk in within 30 minutes to handle my oil change, and I was out in no time. Definitely recommend Glassman if you want professionalism and a customer friendly environment.

- Always Friendly and Thorough I recently brought my Kia Soul in for service and, as always, was impressed by the professional, friendly service I received. Staff members seem genuinely happy to help and explained the services. They also explained a recommended service, and didn't pressure me when I opted not to purchase it. The waiting room is always pleasant and well-kept, and my service was completed promptly, including a car wash. Stephanie and crew have earned my recommendation.


- "Service Call" I've been going to Glassman's Kia service for my vehicle for a little over eight years now and have always been wowed by the service I've gotten from Mike and his staff. I continue to give them my business even though I live out by Ann Arbor ... and yes, they're that good ...

I came in with a list of things I wanted concerning my new vehicle and an exceptional amount of questions. Michael was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. Not one time did he make me feel uncomfortable or rushed; whatever time I needed that's the time he spent with me. I was in the showroom 4 times before purchase of my new vehicle and each time Michael greeted me with enthusiasm and genuine professionalism. Needless to say, my new vehicle a 2014 Kia Sportage EX is an absolute joy to drive and a lot of my joy I grant to Michael because he made sure I was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle before I left the lot. He worked very hard for me and I really appreciate his efforts. Including my new vehicle I have acquired 5 vehicles from Glassman and a large reason is due to the customer service and consideration from salespersons such as Michael Koontz. Glassman is hands down "awesome" and I have enjoyed every experience and will continue to do business with this outstanding dealership.
