I came in for a routine maintenance and my service advisor Christina found a trim piece on the drivers door that had to be replaced. She had to order it and I'll be back to have that replaced when it comes in. Everyone there was pleasant plus the place was very clean. It was a nice experience and I would recommend it to friends and family.

I came in for routine maintenance and a couple warranty issues on the Subaru Outback. Adam the service advisor kept me informed of the the service progress and a follow-up appointment would be needed as parts needed to be ordered. The parts arrived within a few business days and all warranty issues were resolved on the second visit, car was washed and looked brand new when work was completed.

They don’t beat around the bush. I have an 04 forester, came In for an oil change and inspection. They told me upfront what needed to be done with my car and they honestly don’t recommend replacing what needed done based on various things. I appreciate this dealership the most of any Subaru dealer I’ve ever been to.
